Howard Gassett started his business in 1989 with a collection of tools and a station wagon. As he gained experience over the years, Howard came to love the creativity involved in restoring old structures back to their original integrity. "I enjoy the challenge of putting things together to be like new in a way that looks natural in spite of the difficulties of older, settled structures not being square, level or plumb" he says.
Birch View Builders is now an established, full service construction and home building company owned by Howard Gassett and his wife, Maggie.
